1st cycle little help needed

hello guys, im seeking for some good suggestions/opinions

I'm currently gona start my first Test E only cycle for 10-12 weeks at 250 mg's a week ( i know it is the low dosage but this is the way i will do it )

im also going to run Nolvadex 20mg ED

For PCT im going to do Nolva + clomid.

1st question i want to ask whether its better to run arimidex throughout the cycle instead of nolva and save nolva for pct, or nolva only is fine during the cycle?

And also for this low dose of test e, should i add hcg ?

i'm mostly worried about my libido, some people say they have a decrease in libido rather than increase, should i use anything to prevent decrease in libido?

and also should i split the 250mgs to 2 x 125mgs a week ?

you can probably still make gains naturally, your dose is low and imo not worth shutting yourself down over, an ai on cycle would be a better choice than nolva unless you know you are prone to gyno. as far as hcg is concerned run it if you can get it even at 250mgs pw of test. i would hold off on the cycle and continue to push to make gains naturally. the diet section will get you sorted out.

not being a dic* but you can answer all these questions yourself with litle research. read the educational threads and he pct stickies.

use an AI to control your e2 levels and save your nolva for pct.

i'm first time user, if after 4 weeks i wont see results i will up it up to 500 mgs pw

Now im going to run arimidex 0.5 EOD throughout, HCG 250iu pw too, and save nolva with clomid for pct, anny comments if i should do lower o bigger doses of Amiridx or HCG ?

It's fine the way you got it don't increase the dose keep it steady, between 300-500 mgs would be a better start.
But I stand by my original post and say gain some weight before you cycle your too light for your height.
