1ml contains 400mgs, 200 prop, 200 cyp
i dont want to go over 400mgs a week, running 300mgs deca with it(might cut that down to 150mgs)
im guessing 1/2 a cc twice a week, but am not sure thats the best route
or, recommend a different dosage
