    first cycle

    I am planning my first cycle. After months of read and gathering information I had put this cycle together. Please let me know if this will be okay. Diet and macro is in check. Please advise.

    My stats:
    35
    5'5"
    145 lbs
    bf 17%

    Cycle: 12 weeks
    Testosterone Enanthate - 500mg/week
    Nolvadex - 10mg/day

    PCT: 4 weeks
    Nolvadex - 20mg/day

    You may want to lower your bf % a bit more before starting this cycle as it will result in lower side effects.

    You need to do a little more research on the pct front...

    Id be very interested to know why your age changes so much fro thread to thread??
