    Coenzyme 10

    Hey guys I was reading on coenzyme 10 I believe it was for the heart it sounds like it helps would it be sufficient at age 26 and would it be good to run right through a cycle with liv 52 and a kidney support

    You don't need it unless you have been shown to have low levels of CoQ10 in cardiac tissue. There appears to be a threshold level with it and at young ages it is topped off. As we age we do decrease this level naturally so it becomes a more effective supplement as we age. I don't have the studies in front of me right now, but I believe the age that most start to see benefit form this is 40-50.

    If you want to protect your heart do some cardio.

    Thanks for the info umm I do 45 min skipping after every workout is it ok to get your heart pumping while on tren
