I'm 3 weeks into my first cycle (dbol & test cyp) and already gained 8lb's...I'll assume it's the water retention of the dbol at this stage as the test should be kickin in anytime now. The friend who gave me the stuff said my biggest gains will be during week 6 - 10 of the cycle...so 3 weeks in with 8lb's already on the scale that gains should be awesome, but how much of the actual gains will I keep. I will be running a recovery cycle and keep up the intense training and strick diet om on...
