HCG confusion

Hi,

I will be nearing the end of my first cycle soon and i am using HCG as part of my PCT. I have read about doseages and they seem a million miles apart ranging from 250iu/week 5000iu/week.

From experience what do you think is the best doseage to use??

My cycle is 500 test e /week and 200 dec/week. PCT is AR-R 's tamox & clomid, going to run it for 6 weeks then onto blood work after that.
Stats:
6ft 4
220 lbs
BF 14%
28 years old

Use HCG the 2 weeks before starting your PCT, when your system is clearing up from test en.
I would use 750 iu ew (3 shots) along with tamoxifen citrate 20 mg ed.

this may sound like a stupid question and instead of starting a new thread its similar to this topic, what does IU stand for? im not retarded i know what everything else means, but IU is just new to me, as is HCG (doing my research now)
