Primobolin depot question

Hey guys iv been taking Methenolone Enanthate for two weeks now with my prop I'm taking it Monday wensesday Friday
But I relized its and enanthate ester did I take it too often and if so did I hurt myself I'm taking 480 mg a week spread out over those days
I'm not sure what the protocol is for administering an Enanthate ester

As long as you do it at least once a week, you're fine. You can pin it ED if you want.

Really so it won't hurt me to take it eod like iv been doing even though it's a longer ester and stays in my blood stream longer

no its not going to hurt you. I pin my deca EOD cause I'm running it with sust. And deca is a longer ester than enanthate. If anything it will make your levels more stable pinning it more often. As long as you're running the same ammount per week you could pin it everyday hell twice a day if you get off on sticking yourself.

Oh ok I was just stressing out over that I didn't want to take too much of it I want to maximize my results and minimize the side effects
