Primobolin depot question

Hey guys iv been taking Methenolone Enanthate for two weeks now with my prop I'm taking it Monday wensesday Friday
But I relized its and enanthate ester did I take it too often and if so did I hurt myself I'm taking 480 mg a week spread out over those days
I'm not sure what the protocol is for administering an Enanthate ester

As long as you do it at least once a week, you're fine. You can pin it ED if you want.

Really so it won't hurt me to take it eod like iv been doing even though it's a longer ester and stays in my blood stream longer

no its not going to hurt you. I pin my deca EOD cause I'm running it with sust. And deca is a longer ester than enanthate . If anything it will make your levels more stable pinning it more often. As long as you're running the same ammount per week you could pin it everyday hell twice a day if you get off on sticking yourself.

Oh ok I was just stressing out over that I didn't want to take too much of it I want to maximize my results and minimize the side effects
