    winny help

    Is winny known for causing acne. Is 50mg everyother day for
    6 weeks along with 300mg a week of deca sufficient for
    someone a bit cautious.

    I'd recommend Winny at50g/day and Deca at 400g/week. Educated is good, cautious is creatine.
