My Friend Needs Your Help
My friend has been lifting with me for about 2 years, and he's basically all natural, he's doing good so far.
He is about 6'1 or 6'2
Weighs about 165/170
Age is 19
For the upcoming summer, he's thought about cutting down, and really getting the 6 pack out. He wants to do 8-10weeks on the Clen and maybe an E/C/A cycle or two. Also, maybe a steroid to just harden up the muscles. He was thinking about Winny, but is not sure.
Any pointers that might help him are appreciated.

Cutting down???? What!!!
What about massive bulking up
I'm 6'0 185lbs, and there is not much to cut, but your friends need defenitelly more weight.

8-10 week cycle of clen and eca stack????? umm......
why cut up when hes 6'2" and only weighs 170...
thats pretty skinny for his height.
bulk him up!

And if you really want to sut down from that then just do more cardio and abs, it worked perfectly for me and it should work for you. All there is, is commitment and will to do it.

there is no need to cut at that weight, tell him to do some cardio and more ab work if he wants to be thinner, but why would he?
what do you mean by "he is basically all natural?"

I've seen better stats on a crack addict.
First you or him dont need to juice yetWait till you really stop growing. Second,if your gonna do clen /eca then do them one a time for 2 weeks then alternate. It really sounds like he needs to make a strong commitment to his abs!!! JMO

I agree with the people that have suggested doing it naturally. Abs come from diet, so tell your friend to get motivated.

LOL, first off, no it isn't me, it really is my friend.
Maybe I came at it the wrong way, not that he wants to cut down, just really wants the abs to stick out. He does have quite a lot of muscle. He just isn't all that defined if you know what I mean. Natural, well, I mean he's gone on a little bit of everything except steroids basically. When we say "natural" it means no steroids right, but all that other stuff, creatine, glutamine, hmb, etc...doesn't count.
He is a big boy, he does high weights, he has pretty big biceps and all, so basically, it's just the abs. He doesn't have a big gut, but a bit is there. How much would the Clen help out???

You guys crack me up, I love it.
Terinox, just tell your friend to train his abs hard and have a good diet and everything will come together within 2-4months. I know that from my personal experence.
Trust most of the guys on this board (exept some, LOL) they will give you a great advice, they know what they are talking about.

without the proper diet you can train abs all you want and never see them. If your friend wants to cut up he can do it naturally through training and diet

Hay, FR, it's all good with me. Not to mention, it's not me we're talking about, it's my friend! LOL :P
Thnx for da good advice though, I'll let him know. He does train good though, 2-3 hours, 3 days a week. I guess it's just his diet, and considering he really hasn't worked abs much before, it will obviously take some time.
