I am currently in my 3rd week of my first cycle that looks like this:
wks 1-10 Sust 250 @ 500mg/wk
wks 1-4 dbol @ 30 mg/ed
wks 9-13 winny @ 50 mg/ed
After winny - Clomid 50-100 mg/ed
My question is; How much of the gains I achieve can I realistically expect to keep if I keep training and keep my diet in check? I was told that I will probably keep about 70-80%. But I wanted to ask here because I have come to respect the opinions on this board.
These are my stats:
5'8: tall
178 lbs (currently)
30 y/o
probably over 20% b/f (currently)
