    how long b4 i should see some changes with tren a ??

    hi every one. im 15 days in on my cycle of 1ml of tren a eod. my muscles are hard as fook as to be expected. whats the usual time to start putting alot of mass on,, is it the 5-6 week??

    You should be as big as a pro body builder by week 6.
    I also have some Ocean beach front property to sell to you at a very reasonable price located in Arizona.

    If you haven't put on at least 30-40lbs already you obviously have fake gear. Sorry bro

    ive been training for 2 year constant now and just took the plunge to steriods last week, after much consideration i chose to start using Tren A. i know some people say not to go straight for this but i have a lot of close friends who i seeked advice from aswell.

    im pinning 1ml eod . gym work out at 10am . my workout prog is,
    monday - chest
    tues - back
    thursday - arms/shoulders
    sat - back / legs

    diet
    8am - oats
    11am - protien shake
    12midday - 180g chicken breast
    2pm - 180g chicken breast
    4pm - 180g chicken breast
    6pm - 180g chicken breast
    9pm - tin of tuna with noodles

    2/3 ltr of water a day
    pint of milk

    i know i have flaws in my diet . i work in a call centre between 12pm and 8pm so i find it hard to get big meals sorted.

    if anyone has any tips or hints for my regime / diet / steriod injections please post below

    Since you are new first you should go to the top of this forum and read the rules so you dont screw up and ask the wrong questions like 90% of the newbies.

    Make sure to read and if you dont understand re read about why you should run Test with any cycle and why running Deca , Tren or any other strong AAS is not advisable for a 1st cycle.

    Even though you already started you may want to re think what you are doing before you develop undesirable sides.

    After than it would be good to go read up in the diet section and get things in line.

    You have really answered your own question in your first post. If you muscles are hard as "fook" then the only reason you are not gaining mass is because of your diet or workout the gear is doing its job. By the way in the future saying how many mg of a compound you are taking is a lot more beneficial than saying how many ml you are taking and leaving us to guess at the mg per ml of the gear.

    Are noodles and oats your only carb sources? Also the only fat you have in there is from milk and tuna, which is not nearly enough. Your diet is seriously flawed. Tren A, if dosed correctly, should at least give you a few pounds by now and you should see some changes in the mirror (which to me are more important than changes on the scale).

    But really get your diet in check..... You're just going to waste a lot of money. It's better to do it right and get good results then piss away hundreds of dollars for a look that can be bought at GNC.

    p.s. See you back here in four months or so when you are shut down hard from running a 19-nor with no form of test.
