You have made several threads regarding the same subject(which is great, nowhere else can you ask such a q. and get tons of personal experiences while maintaining anonymity), and you sound desperate, understandably. So even if this was not caused by a psychological factor, it´s there now.
I know it´s hard, but you really should try to chill, and stop "thinking" so much about it. The natural processes are slow, and you need to give your system time to recover from the hormone havoc you created. Find some good books, sit back, relax, and give yourself a break. And as you have a shift in focus, you may discover there are other passions in a man´s life that are equally or more satisfying than sex :-))
