    Minimum amount of cardio while on cycle?

    Just wanting to stay as safe as possible with me heart, Ive been doing 1 hour a week of medium intensity cardio on the stair master(20 mins each session, eod)

    Just wanted some opinions on what types/lengths of cardio that should be done while on cycle

    Depends what you're on. When Im on something mild I can run for miles....However, if I'm on something like tren ...My cardio stops at 10min of walking on the treadmill or I feel like death

    deca /test
    i hear ya on the tren , last cycle it destroyed my cardio
    so far so good, my quads burn on the stairmaster and i pour sweat, but my breathing is good

    If you are doing it for your heart and health then medium intensity is needed to get the heartbeat high enough so you really don't have the option of low intensity cardio ( not that it won't do you any good its just much less effective) so your current approach sounds like a good minimum for cardio health.

    If you're cutting I'd be doing that cardio every day on test/deca ...However, that would just be my preference.

    ya it all depends on goal and diet if your cutting 30-40 mins a day wouldnt hurt
    btw what doses are you running

    In your original post you asked about heart health. For cutting or fat loss what you are doing now is of very little use. The reason being is that approx the first 15 minutes your body survives on the sugar in the blood, then after that is when significant fat burning occurs. So yes as MBMETC said 30-40 or at least a 30 minute session with 45-60 being ideal for fat burning.

    deca isnt an optimal compound to be cutting on

    not so much cutting, more for heart health
    i dont want to gain too many lbs on this cycle, but love deca for the joints

    ive always kind of leaned up on cycle, and i understand more controllable via diet
    i do my cardio after my weight training
    300mgs week of deca, 400 mgs of test

    Deca is for bulking; it takes other compounds stacked along with it for cutting.

    30 mins per day for cardiovascular purpose and if you feel your gaining too much fat on cycle, up the cardio

    you can cut on anything, some compounds are better suited to it though, deca will cause water retention. for example, if you had a course of tren a and a course of deca sitting infront of you, which would you pick as part of a cut cycle?
