    when part sustanon!


    are now the fifth week 2 x sustanon 250
    but when you start seriously effect
    I took only 10 pounds
    diet is ok 4k and 250g protein
    destroy me in the gym and sleep 10 hours a day!
    when its effect is the best!

    Ok guys, he is on sust 500mgs a week, he is in week 5 and put on 10 pounds. He says his diet is in check with 4ooocals and 250g protein. His workouts are tight and he gets good sleep. He would like to know when he should see changes.

    I believe 10lbs in 5 weeks is going pretty good. How much do you weigh now?

    you won't gain as much your 2nd or 3rd cycle as you did on your first.. it gets harder and harder to gain the weight as you get larger, as your body struggles to hold onto the weight.
