Best way to fix sexual problems?

Was on Letro and Dutastaride after getting off a cycle realizing my estrogen was way to high and gyno in nipples was getting bigger and sensitive. Fixed that. Also my prostate was having pain problems during ejaculation so I got dutast for DHT reduction. Both worked great. I am now tampering off letro and started nolvadex . I dropped the dutast after about 2 weeks of .5mgs/day since it fixed the problem.

I now can't get a full erection and when I ejaculate its very weak and doesn't "flow" out the same way it used to. When I first started the Dutast and Letro I noticed a huge improvement in the volume of semen and how it came out. Now 4 weeks later....not working right. Will nolvadex fix this over sometime? I have always been afraid of using a cialis or viagra cus im 21 and don't want to rely on it.

    Best way to fix this?

I would get some blood work or a saliva test to see where your hormone
levels stand and then address it from there.

you may need to look into doing some type of aggressive PCT if you are having problems like this.. and blood work is definitely a good option here. just tell the doc that you think you have low test, give him your symptoms

I just shot 2500ius of HCG and doing the nolvadex at 20mg/day and going to shoot another 2500 in a week of the hcg you think that would be considered "aggressive" PCT?

You're young bro. You could get messed up for a long time or a life time. Go get blood work done. Get back to "normal" and stay there for a few years. Let your body get recover it's HPTA. Self medicating to treat symptoms is a dangerous way to get into a train wreck down the road.

I agree with you. but doing the basics is better then doing nothing right? And what should i ask for when I see the doctor in terms of blood work. I know test is one of the obvious things but what else?

You have over a 100 naturally occurring hormones in your body. The problem with self medicating is that you take a compound to fix on problem and you could be creating another. If you go to an endocrinologist and get a full hormone panel they can see what's not in sync. I wouldn't tell your doc anything about your steroid use . They have to report it to the insurance company or they're liable. I guess when it comes to insurance providers patient/doctor privacy is out the window. Tell him you took some funky supplements or something. Let him tell you what's wrong with you.
