Could somebody PLEASE help me with stacking question?!?

I have never stacked before... I currently inject 700mg/wk. Test Prop. This is my 3rd cycle of same.. I am 38 y.o. male. 6'2" 190#.. Kind of hit a plateau. Could someone please tell me...

    1) What are the advantages of stacking?

    2) Which steroids stack best together?

    3) How much should one decrease Test Prop, in order to stack something else?

    Please help me...

6'2" 190lbs and hit a plataue, whats your bf%. did you try to make diet and training adjustments to break through this "plataue" .you also ave 2 cycles under your belt at high doses and you carry those stats, what were your starting stats. im only trying to point out something is a miss and in no way trying to disrespect you.

Agreed...the phrases: 700mg/wk prop ; 190lbs; and plateau do not belong in the same paragraph

Eat relatively the same diet... well rounded with go influx of protein.. BF is around 12% I have tried many different training routeins and exercises... Starting stats are laughable... was a skinny marathoner at about 155-160 lbs. Although back then (two years ago) would eat way to light...

You should calculate your BMR/TDEE. Then you'll have a good idea how much you'll need to eat to maintain body weight. Then increase the caloric intake based on how much you want to gain. If you're eating like a 190 pounder and want to be 250 pounds it doesn't add up. No matter how much gear you take you're still not going to achieve your goals. You need to start with BMR/TDEE so see where you are in terms of eating enough.
