    Needing some serious help.

    I have been training for about a year now, I have become apersonal trainer and i am obsessed with bodybuilding. I am looking for some serious advice about what cycles to use to get shredded and which to use to throw on slabs of lean muscle. I am pretty uneducated about steroids so I just want simple answers please. Right now I am at 205lbs with 13% bf. As of now my best lifts are 305 for bench, 455 for deadlift, and 505 for squat. Right now i am living in a foreign country but I am coming back to the states in about 2 weeks. I am looking to get started soon after I arrive.

    Do Test only b/c it's your 1st cycle. Make sure you have PCT, clomid seems to be most popular. Have Nolva just in case your boobs start to look like Pamala Anderson's. Do some research on HCG .
