I have been training for about a year now, I have become apersonal trainer and i am obsessed with bodybuilding. I am looking for some serious advice about what cycles to use to get shredded and which to use to throw on slabs of lean muscle. I am pretty uneducated about steroids so I just want simple answers please. Right now I am at 205lbs with 13% bf. As of now my best lifts are 305 for bench, 455 for deadlift, and 505 for squat. Right now i am living in a foreign country but I am coming back to the states in about 2 weeks. I am looking to get started soon after I arrive.
