I've been reading a lot of the post in here, and from I've read seems like all I really need to do for what I'm trying to get is just Diet, Cardio, and perhaps getting Clen . I've read up on it and it seems interesting and I'd like to try it for the first 2 weeks and see how I like it. If anyone can help me out it'd be much appreciated, and also if yall have any other pointers for me that'd be great to. I'm 6'1, about 190 lbs. I'm not fat in physique but just more body fat than I'd like to have. Thnx in advance. If it would help if I post a picture of myself, that can be done to just let me know.
