    Clen cramps?

    I'm in the middle of my clen cycle and I get cramps constantly, mainly in my calves and my feet. I even take 2 pills of taurine daily but the cramps still happen. Is there anything else I can do?

    Drink more water(gallon a day is best)
    More Taurine 3-5grams
    Eat bananas for potassium

    Then you should be cramp free
