    How to decrease SHBG??

    Ive been told Nettle root or stingin nettle help//

    any other tips on lowering SHBG...this may be the problem with my libido

    its 45 and 48 is considered outtta wack

    Proviron is an option, even 25mg/ED, but it can suppress the HPTA in some, which is something you do not want at present.

    Dosent aromasin reduce shbg ? it may lower estrogen too much though.
