Injection Periodicity

I was thinking in starting a cycle of test propionate + tren acetate.

How periodically should be the injections?

Have they to be taken just before the training or can I take them 24 hours before training?

My stats are as follow:

age - 24
weight - 219
height - 5'10 1/2
bf% - 18%
yrs training - 7
cycle exp - this would be my second cycle
goals for this cycle - lowering BF to 14% or better

Personally... If you don't know how frequent to be injecting prop and tren you have much to learn. That's basics.... If you don't know that. Then you obviously don't know how to counter side effects.

I you did it right your first cycle would be Test with maybe an oral... Stick with that until gains are no longer.

you dont use steroids to lower body fat, that simple. 19% and starting tren is just stupid.

So to reduce body fat and at the same time to gain muscle so I can mantain the weight what are your recomendations? what should I take?

Cleaner diet, better excersize.

I've done a diet once, and lost 10Kg in 8 weeks. I lost stomach, which was very good!! But I got smaller all over my body, loosing muscle....
