beginner cycle please help

im 32 5'10 170-175 looking to get to 185-190 never used anything before....

ok just read a couple of begginer cycles and this is what i like let me know if its good please.... since there saying on ur first cycle dont stack just do a test only cycle i am leaning towards this one......

week 1-10 500mgs enanthate weekly .. thinking 250 on a monday and 250 on a thursday?
nolvadex on hand in case of gyno
pct.... clomid (not sure when to take it after last shot)?
day 1 300 mg
day 2-11 100mg a day
day 12-21 50mgs a day

Cycle looks decent. I'd do the following, slight adjustments:
Week 1-12 Test E 500 mg/wk
pct Clomid/Nolvadex 4 weeks. Begin 2 weeks after your last shot of test.
Weeks 14-15 Clomid 100mg/day, weeks 16-17 50mg/day
Weeks 14-15 Tamox(Nolva) 40 mg/day, weeks 16-17 20 mg/day

Keep a bottle of Arimidex (Liquidex at AR-R) on hand in case of estrogen related sides during cycle.

Ive told you this before, diet diet diet is all you need to easily reach your goals.

Running a cycle without a solid diet in place is just a pointless waste of time, your old enough to understand this...

bf is 11%... been training for 10 years 4 days a week..... whats better in ur opinion test e or enanthate ? whats the difference ?
