Do I use nolva as a pct or do I use it after feeling the nipps somewhat hurting?

False. There are so many threads and posts on this subject by Swifto I don't know where to start. It's absolutely fine to use Nolva with 19-nors.

Those only control prolactin.
Nolva will block estrogen in breast tissue, which is needed for progesterone or prolactin to cause gyno issues.
But the best thing to do is to control estrogen from the start with an AI and not have to worry about any of this.
