You don't need to use cypionate with sus. they're the same hormone with different esters attached (sus has 4 different esters). And since you don't have dbol , that makes me think you might have a limited supply of sus, deca and/or cyp. What sort of dosage and length are you planning?

Yeah, Fetch, I'm thinking the same thing. If he's a rookie, he should just stick to an 8 week test cycle.

I've done the 8 week sus cycle. Fellas.but pct is interesting study to me.

8 week is a good standard for prop. For Sust Id stick with 12 weeks. Considering you weren't aware that cyp and sust are both just Test, I had wondered about your history. Not trying to get down on you or anything, but if this is only your second or third cycle, you are probably overdoing it. You could get similar gains with lower risks.

ive done 16 week cycles and recover fine. i suggest if you are going to run it that long run some HCG through out the cycle to help with recovery.

if gains so slow down sooner then excepted i suggest jump off cause just wasting gear. and health effects for no reason.

most people will say 12 weeks is standard for everything. you'll find most are just parrots here.

good luck with cycle. just listen to your body as deca can shut you down very harshly.

lol, nobody said a 16 week cycle is a terrible idea. I was indicating that it isn't ideal for a beginner.
Suggesting that any beginner inject 500mg deca a week, on top of 750mg sust a week, for 4 months is a little irresponsible imo.
