Wk 1-6 .75ml prop with 50mg anap ed
Wk 1-12 500mg test e
Wk 1-10 400mg deca
Wk 11-14 clomid & nolv
Im 200lbs 10%bf training for 6yrs.
Diet - cycle carbs 250, 200, 150, 100 & repeat though oats
Basmati & white rice
Protein - 230gms per day, chicken, steak, wpi
30gms fat all natural peanut butter.
6 meals.
Anyones help/advice would be much app.
