Also have you guys ever received gear that had the exp. date and lot number printed with the label not burned or stamped? Im trying to figure out if some gear I just got is legit. Thanks guys.

Don't quote me, but usually the gear I recieve has an expiration date of 2 years from the time of the batch number. All my stuff ig UGL though so who knows for sure. I trust my source so I go with it.

Depends on what it made from and how it is stored. Either way, it should be fine for at least a few years.
