clen timing

would it make sense to take clen first thing in the morning (7am) when i do cardio and lift around 5pm? thanks

36 hour half life, so not really.

I don't like clen before cardio, taking it first thing in the am will help raise your metabolism all day. If i were you i'd do my cardio in the AM fasted then take your clen before you eat breakfast

I take it AM and again around noon if I use two dosages.
Any later in the day and it effects my sleep.

i don't have time in the morning to do cardio.. i wish i did though it sounds great.

do you mean split the dosages or take the same dose twice?
