    2nd cycle....Need advice

    1-12 Test E 500/wk
    1-4 Dbol 50mg pre-wo
    6-12 50 mg Oral Winstrol ED
    1-12 Armidex 1mg EOD
    14-18 Nolva/Clomid

    Will be taking milk thistle, glutamine, bcaa, multi and so on..

    I've been trying to narrow down a good cycle and thanks to help on these boards i've been convinced that tren should not be taken lightly and I should wait. So anyway how does this look?

    How much do you weigh? 16% is a bit too high IMO to be starting a cycle. 22 is bit too young too. Have you had bloodwork done recently?

    Had blood work done a few months ago. Everything was in check and that was at like 18% BF, since then I've only improved diet and training.

    Go easy on the orals...running dbol and winny almost back to back is not a good idea. pick one and stick with it.

    No I will be running D-bol the first 4 weeks to jump start then after week 4 start in with the Winny until the end.

    awms, you say it's not a good idea. Is there any way around it? Running dbol for 12 weeks is silly and I've never heard of anyone jump starting a cycle with winny.

    What would you recommend?

    Yeah I'm pretty sure I'm going to go through with this cycle. Haven't heard anything bad yet and it seems like a good combo.
