First cycle, need help!

I'm 27 yo, 5'7", 160 lbs, and 18% bf. I was originally gonna run a 10 week test and tren cycle but thanks to the advice of you guys I'm just gonna run the test cycle and save the tren for a later cycle. My question is since I'm running just the test at 1ml, how long do I run it for? I just started my 3rd. My other question is......I want to do a test/deca cycle, should I do that for my 2nd cycle or should I run the test/tren first? I only want to do 3 cycles total.

You need to concentrate on reducing your Bf% to below 15% before you consider a cycle...

Cycling with such a high bf will increase the risks of ERSE's....

I am but I already started the test, just started my third week. I'm getting my bf read again today, I'm pretty sure it's lower than what I said cause I'm starting to see the results
