    Can Var be used as a bridge between cycles?

    As I was reading the profiles it referenced that since var has a very low chance of shutting you down it is has a good use between cycles. I have been reading a lot about it on this forum and I don't think I ever seen anyone mention using it for this. Thoughts?

    If you are doing pct then don`t take something that can supress you between cycles.
