Im totally new the whole gear thing. Been doing my research for bout 3 mths. I have also been reseraching the diet part of this website, and i understand why the weight watchers diet is a poor diet for a cycle. Now I need some help picking the right combo for my body. I have got test Prop+ EQ blended from my source he recommend it. Im looking for Weight Loss,strength,and hardness. My BF is 19% and i knw its kinda high but i do cardio religiously. Ive lost 58lbs, use to be 310 dwn to 256lbs now back up to 274lbs. Plan is to do cardio 5-6times a week and lift 4 times a week. Any recommendations on gear would be Greatly appreciate .
