    Injectable B12?

Can you use a slin needle for this? You dont have to inject it into your mucsle right? How much more effective is this to inject rather than take oral?

I've always understood its for muscular injection and it will be wayyyyy more effective than an oral, I have been trying to find B-12 inj. For a little while now. Had a friend that needed it and he would do a 360 after those shots, keep in mind his body required it for multiple reasons.

Also you'd probably get better advice from a medical website on something like that.

same here it, also increases my appetite...I also inject it IM from my understanding it absorbs faster in the muscle. tried it subQ didnt like the lumps under the skin other than that didn't notice anything different, my preference is IM. dosage I have used is 1000mcg ed or eod. and yeah lion sells the injectable B12 just click on the Ar-r banner top right hand corner of the page..solid reliable service, excellent customer support, good products, square business..

and to expand on a comment further up B12 is absorbed way more efficiently when injected intramuscular as opposed to taken orally 1mg of B12 taken orally wouldn't be jack shit.

i get mine from my doc. You want to take it intramuscular. You can probably go small of gauge as possible, but I still use the 1.5in.

It is night and day vs anything orally--even the sublingual tabs

next time you do your cardio slim, inject 1000mcg of B12 prior and see if you cant tell bro.. as far as appetite there's absolutely no doubt in my mind. ive read some articles on deficiency as well but B12 is a pretty popular supplement for a reason, not just for the deficient...

hell.. water is pretty over rated until you're dehydrated..LOL

Can you stack B12 with test or would it be a bad idea since it's red in color?

It doesn't have anything to do with color, one is water based and the other oil. Shouldn't mix the two in one syringe.

Should also add that when I did B12 injections the two major side effects were increased appetite and higher sustained energy levels. I did 1cc per week for 5 weeks.
