Woke up this morning and nipples are killing

3rd week in, due my 6th shot today and woke up this morning and my nipples are killing with a small lump under them. Im running 50mg of proviron with the cycle, i have arimidex on hand or can get letro but would have to wait about 3-5 days. Should i start the arimidex and at what dose?

Yes you should start the arimidex

A maintanance dose would be 0.5mg EOD but since u have signs of gyno coming on I presonally would take that ED untill the sides go away...

I would also wanna take some nolvadex ASAP to nlock the estrogen receptor as soon as u can....

Once all sides have gone you will need to run a mtnce dose of arimidex ( maybe 0.5mg eod) to keep estrogen in check...

I aint checked my stats yet but just before the cycle they were

Height - 61'5
weight - 19 stone empty in the morning
b/f- around 18%
cycle exp - 2nd cycle
years training - 9 years

Im running 1ml of sustanon 250..mon/thur with 50mg proviron daily

I had same issue yesterday. Popped a Nolva and this am no soreness. I'm taking the nolva for a week and see.

I have nolvadex on the way and I'm deff getting gyno (puffy nips, pain, large lumps, even a small breast type look on one side.) My question is will the nolvadex reverse this or just halt the growth? I have used nolvadex before when I first had signs and it immediatley went away but it wasn't like it is now.
