Hi I am new to this and have done some research but obviously not enough..
I am 25 been training 4 years 201 cm 92kg
I have had sone joint pains for a while and have been off gym, lately they are getting slightly better and I'm starting physiotherapy soon and want to get back into the gym on very light weights.
I want to supplement these two things with a 10 week cycle of deca and obviously test preferably at 100ml each but am having trouble figuring out which test is the best for this?
Also should I still be taking anything else to limit sideeffects at this dose?
