help with my junk please!

Hi everyone! I am new to this site and I need some help. I just received a bottle of test and it has crystals stuck to the bottom of the bottle. What is this and is it ok to use?

heat about 1/2 of inch of water in a pan to almost a boil
stick a needle in the stopper to vent, put vial in hot water for aprox 5 minutes
the crystals should desolve in the oil, inject while warm

Thank you SO much! Will the crystals come back and will I have to do this every time I inject? Does it effect to quality?

they will probably come back(at least mine do)
i cant tell you how long they will stay suspended

the maker probably didnt add enough BA into the solution to keep the powder suspended in the oil
