Hi guys, would like some of your advice.
I've researched into PCT and what I should be doing pre and during cycle on both of these cycles. I was wondering which you would advise a 20 year old who has been training for two years and feels ready to cycle should take?
I am more bothered to sides/gains ratio so whichever would be less sides but decent gains and easily maintainable afterwards. Thanks for your help in advance and I will answer any further questions anyone needs to know. Thanks.
