Wink New to the game and seeking advice please

    Hi guys,

I have been weight training for many years and know a good deal of information on nutrition, weight lifting etc etc.

However I have never done steroids before and therefor don't know that much about them. I have had people generally supply me information on general things about steroids but I am still confused on what to take and whats best for me.

To give a little bit of information on me first so you have a better understanding, I am 5ft 8in and weigh roughly around the 160lb mark. I am very strong for my size roughly averaging lifts of 170kg deadlifts (3rep) and 120 squats (3 rep)
Generally i hold my bodyfat between 10%-13% max.

I am looking to look like a "fitness model" or looking to add muscle but lean up a lot. I've been advised on many different things such as "anavar " "winstrol " "estrogen" the list goes on........
The fact that i've been suggested so many different things I am actually confused now.

I know there's a lot more people with a lot more experience and knowledge here than the people i've spoken and would appreciate any help. Can any of you advise or point me which supplement/supplements to take?

ps. if possible, can you adivse on supplements that not too harsh on the body ie. hair loss, gyno, sexual disfunction (being the most important ) etc.

Supplements? or Steroids ? Who the hell told you to take estrogen lol? For a first cycle with steroids for what you've described as your goals... 300-400 mgs max a week of Test Cypionate or Test Enanthate for 10 weeks. Lower weight/high rep workouts.

You could also look at a Test Prop cycle. It's a short estered testosterone . It works faster so the cycle is shorter and the overall cycle + PCT time is shorter. 100mg of Test Prop every other day for 8 weeks. Wait 3 days. PCT with Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/20/20/20. The draw back of a Test Prop cycle is that you have to stick yourself way more often. I tend to have less sides with the short ester and I recover my HPTA better.

X2 on ^^^ but i shoot prop ED

To learn the best, read the stickies yea yea noone wants to but it will take like 30 min and you will know more than the average joe comin in here askin for advice

Steroids are only as good as your Diet, so Diet is Key and needs to be perfected before cycling.

Look for a test only cycle, you can chose ur ester depending on how long, and shots, etc. then be sure to HAVE and KNOW what ur PCT is and iwll be

    good luck play safe

    cheers for the advice guys.

Lemonada8 my nutrition is really good, I know what to take when it comes to food going insider me. Suppliments and steroids on the other hand is completly different game since the only suppliments i've ever used is whey, malto dextrin (post workout) and on occasions glutamine and creatine.

With test, I heard from a few people that you inject that into the abdominal region? is that right or not neccesary?

you can pinn test in several locations, most common are the glutes, delts & quads. Other's like to pin in the chest, traps and the cavs (not recommended due to severe pain for days)

    Hey,

I think you should hold off on any kind of steroid use right now. You are still pretty light and as strong as you are you have lots more room for improvement.

Rework your resistance training routine and diet to best suit your goals.

My final thoughts in regards to your question: "Can any of you advise or point me which supplement/supplements to take?" Eat food.

I know what your saying pebble and agree to a certain extent. However I have trained for many many years researching everything about nutrition and exercise etc.
I have got good results and improved my strength to where I first started.

With nutrition I get it right down to a T counting how much grams of carbs, protein etc I take.
Exercise, I train well and do everything I can do to train effectivly and to avoid injury by making sure i'm training the right muscles instead of the common "mirror muscles" that the regular gym user usually does. I focus on posterial alignement before training the muscles I like to do like the chest etc.

I just have reached a point now where I think it's time to try it out at least once to know what it feels like and to experience it first hand. It's not a decision which has been made over night and although there's risks into trying roids I am ready to accept the consequences of my actions.

    Thanks for the advice though

Try one to know what it feels like? Isn't the point to push past genetic limitations? Not just to reach them a little faster?

Its great that your routine is solid and your nutrition is on point. That means that you should be continuing to make gains towards your goals. If you are, whats the rush? If you are not either nutrition or training is off.

This isn't meant to sound like a dick kb21. It just appears that you have more room for natural growth before you need to jump into this world.

To be honest, I don't really have anything to say back to that because you are right on everything you are saying lol. I think i'm going to read up on everything very carefully before I decide wether to take anything.

Educate before you medicate. Also, most importantly, how old are you? And the best start would be to post your current diet in the diet section to get critiqued. If you aren't eating properly, everything else is pointless.

It sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. I hope you make the best choice for you (and your health) when that time comes.
