    Few Questions about first Cycle

    first off let me just say I'm not even thinking of doing my first cycle for another six months or so. I'm just getting prepared and educated before I choose to (whenever it might actually be).

    I've heard a lot talk about a Test E / Dbol cycle as a first cycle. Then I also hear that a straight Test E is recommended as a good base to judge from, which makes sense to me. The main question I have here is if I choose to take Dbol with Test E should I lower my Test E Dosages? I understand 500ml EW (2x250) is recommended?

    In the same breath should I INCREASE my dosage if I choose to do test E only?

    PCT is pretty standard with Clomid/Nolvdex.

    Also has anyone used a product called LIV-52 for liver support? I've read this makes the Dbol much safer (helping repair the liver from the damage). Recommended or no? Seems like a pretty affordable precaution.

    My Cycle is shaping upto be
    8 Weeks of Test E 250x2 (500 EW)
    4 weeks of Dbol (30mg ED)

    Go Test only if your not going to listen to us say, YOUR TO YOUNG. And six months isn;t going to make much a difference

    I wasn't just adding six months to further the time or anything I just want to head into it as summer closes. Ill be 23 by that time with 3 years of training under my belt. I'm well educated on dieting and I'm mentally prepared for this BUT I appreciate the concern.

    What would be a recommended dosage if going Test E Only? Still 500ml EW or should I up it?

    Also can I expect to retain LESS water with a test only cycle? As I heard Dbol is notorious for that.

    Dude, your 6'3 190, I started somewhere around there. I was 6'2 and about same weight. I started seriously lifting somewhere around 24-25 and weight 200. Before I turned 29 I was 270. All Nat, no pro hormones, nothing but lots of FOOD. Too much food actually cause i did get on the fat side. I could have done it cleaner, but the point is you are miles away from genetic limitations. Clean up your diet and lifting then wait a few years before cycle.
    But if your determined not to listen, 500mg Test E weekly is a good place for beginners to start.

    ^^^ Dudes right. And I said it to some other guy last week... If you keep researching now, you're gonna talk yourself into doing it sooner. I'd stay out of this section of the website for a while.

    well I appreciate the concern guys thats why I'm asking questions now so I'm all prepared for when I do decide to jump into it.

    @ kelevra You're right I haven't reached my absolute limit yet but the fact is I can Gain the same amount of lean muscle using AAS in half the time. Now that sounds like a ridiculous thing to say and might make me out to look like a lazy shit but I'm slowly increasing my calories and I'm seeing results. Its tough for me to eat often. I'm a Power Lineman and work 13-15 hours per day sometimes so its hard to get meals in.

    @ Flacco I'm sure its been said before but.. if someones thinking about using AAS... its going to happen one way or another. Once someone is set on it I'm sure theres little chance your going to convince them otherwise. The best thing for me to do right now is to just read up and ask questions. Can you agree with me on that?

    Like I said guys I'm not rushing out the door to grab gear or anything. Hell it might even be two years before I decide to (As I have been seeing some decent progress now that I'm eating more). I'm just looking for some information now thats all.

    One more quick question I did have guys is after pinning is it recommended to hit the gym right after (or within a certain period of time?) as the test enters the system I'm sure there is a massive pump going on that I should utilize?

    The issue being is I wake up really...really early to hit the gym. I'm up @ 3:45 and hitting the weights by 4:30 after a meal (then back home by 6 having a second breakfast). I'm just wondering when the best time to pin would be.

    try liquid egg whites and or oats in your shakes. If you can take a cooler on the job with you.
    Your right, to appoint, being able to reach genetic potential faster. would you rather start you AAS at 225 plus or dope it up just to get there.

    Yeah I try to pack as many shakes as I can but its just finding the time to eat/drink them :-/ Sometimes I could be up a pole (or steel structure) for half the day. What I need is a spot on my climbing belt for a protein shake hahahah

    Strap on a camelback full of protein sups and eggwhites. LOL Be hell to clean out though.
