Why is my wife working out, drinking a large amount of water, eating pretty healthy, and has been taking clen for the last week and a half and not seeing any results yet?
How is her training if she is doing as you say you should start to see results now if not soon
Training is mainly crossfit and cardio.
Has the clen come from a good source and should be recognizing results not such weight loss but you loose a lot of water in the first week
She is afraid to take a large amount of it bc she also takes adderall. What amount or way to cycle do you suggest
She is noticing that she has lost a little water weight and inches, but her weight is staying the same.
Clen cycle is uncomfortable for me because one must continue to increase the dosage until they "feel" it. I start at 60mcg and increase 20mcg everyday until i"m at about 120mcg. I hold there until day 11 and I taper down 20mcg every day until day 14. From day 15 to Day 28 I rest. I start the cycle back up on day 29 for two weeks. I'm running T3 along with my clen this cycle. I've heard good things about it.
