help with dosages

I'm going to be running 500mg's of Omnadren for 10 weeks. (nolva on hand)

What would be best, 500 once a week
or
250 2x a week?

Keep in mind this is my first cycle.

Best would be EOD but since that isn't an option then twice a week. I don't understand why people buy multi-ester gear and then want to shoot it once or twice a week.
