tren hex

So i am on my first cycle and have a few questions. i got tren hex (trenabol depot, British dragon) from a friend and wanted to run for only a little to help get outta a plateau. prob only 4 weeks. i have cycle assist and vitamins to take with it. i also have hcg and could purchase whatever is needed. what amount should i take? and is 4 weeks to short for anything to happen. i wanted to run it and not be on it to long to minimize any sides or ball shrinkage. any other recommendations while on, or when getting off. please and thank you.

i also have anti-estrogen stuff ( arom-X) should i take that while on...

Don`t inject anything! You are not ready for steroids , that is the worst compound to start with.... there is so much wrong here.

DUDE! Wheres the test? Tren is way to harsh on your body so if your worried about sides dont mess with tren at all! Youd be better off running test only cycle for 12 weeks rather thatn 4 weeks of tren. Not ready for steroids man!!!! Fix your diet first. btw you gotta give some stats if you want viable advice

i work out alot and my diet is pretty on point. just wanted a quick shot up in strength and some size . so no tren huh....

i read that i should run test, then others say not to... figured i would just come out and ask. there is some many different directions that people go in. i was a little lost and over whelmed. i have been reading all over the net hardcore for the last 3 weeks... just cant get a concrete answer..
