friend in need of help, looking for advice with symptoms

i just got a text from a buddy of mine who is using test e (homebrew) and said he has the following symptoms after 2 weeks being on it:

- sore/dry throat
- dizziness (lasts 2-3 hours after inj)
- right kidney area hurts when he breathes
- rapid heart beat after injection (lasts for 2-3 hrs after inj)

i told the guy to stop using it immedietely and seek medical help. he states he doesnt have enough money to see a doctor (i know, dumbass).

any thoughts on this? any one else had similar symptoms and find out what it was?

sounds like he's injecting in a vein, geeze tell him to go to he er they have to treat him and he can worry about the bill later down the road
