    curious what people think

i mean if levels are continuing to increase until age 40, why not wait till you've peaked out before supplementing..... (unless you are a BB competitor or similar, of course)

    Um they peaked at 20-39.

And the groups they used span too many years. 5yr groupings would be much better for this purpose.

Not true in my case. I was already below the acceptable range at 42.

The age of 20 to 39 is quite a broad spectrum and after the age of twenty the graph starts falling downward.

The people that wrote the article are just as poor at interpreting data as some people are at critical evaluation of the articles merit.

They cant even read their own data, or they don't know how to supply data that supports their stance. In either case the article loses all credibility.

This was my favorite, the maximum value drops between 14-15 then rises again LOL. Now you know why they are WebMD's instead or real MD's

I understand the original content. They are basically saying that adult men should have levels within that broad range, and levels go down more after 40. I don't understand how "Test peaks at 40" can be extrapolated from that data.

I disagree I have read studies that show at about age 23 is when most people peak and than its gradually down hill from there.
