AI on cycle - 12.5 Stane EOD, then up to what?

I am on my 4th week of Test E at 500mg/week. I have been taking 12.5 mg of Exemestane (Aromasin) in pill form EOD. I am having a little nipple tenderness and sensitivity already, which leads me to believe I need to control the estrogen a bit better. Should I up the dose to 25 mg EOD or add Nolva (pill form) into the equation.

My Q is, should I up to 25 mg Stane EOD or go with 12.5 mg stane like I've been doing and go with 10 mg nolva ED? Like I said, nothing serious, but I know I shouldn't have this much sensitivity this early on in the cycle, and I'd really like to control it. Thanks fellas.

27 years old, 1st Injectable cycle, 6'3", 220, about 15% bf, maybe a little less.

How long have you been on the stane, I believe it takes a week to start working.

itchy nipples is it right? no hardness or awkward tissue forming? if that is the case, up the exemestane 12.5mg ED.. if that doesn't help it at all, taking nolvadex at 10mg-20mg ED can be used WITH the exemestane. if that doesn't help at all, look into getting letro to control it (last resort)

i have used exemestane on cycle, and it has done the job for me at only 5mg ED.. everyone is different though, and since this is your first injectable cycle you need to try different things until you know what works for you
