Advice on a Winstrol Depot and sustanon 250 cycle

Hey everyone, just need some advice from the experts and see what u guys can help with and recommend for me.

Im currently 6'1, weighing in at 210-213 punds with a 13% body fat.

Im looking to start my second cycle after 4 months and this time i want to try a cycle of winstrol depot and sustanon 250.

how should i do this im looking to run winny for about 6-8 weeks and run sus 250 for about 8-10 weeks.

What i need help with is whats the dosage i need to take perday and how many times a week do i inject each.

I had the same question and some guy told me he does 10 weeks of sust and 6 of winny, he starts sust first and then 2 weeks in he starts winny for 6 and then he just continues sust for 2 more weeks without the winny

yeah but how many times would i inject a week and how much. when i was on test and trem i would do 1 cc twice a week of test and 1 cc twice a week of tren . i honestly think i got jipped on my first cycle because i did not get any massive gains or massive strengh. thats why this time im researching to very well and got a good source.

well i do 1cc twice a week for sust and for winny im not too sure i was going to take oral 50mgs every other day,how many mgs is the winny?
