So I'm doing 40 40 20 20 should I split up the doses or just take a full dose every Monday. First week on Monday take 40 and the 2nd week same as well with week 3 or 4 or should I split it's up day by day?

Ohh so I have to take 40 everyday for 2 weeks then 20 for another two weeks okay cool makes sense now I just wanna do it right so cool thanks guys appreciate the help

Yes, during PCT the posted dosage is taken everyday. Clomid 100/50/50/50 means take 100mg of Clomid everyday for the first week, then 50mg everyday for the second week, etc. Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 means take 40mg everyday for the first week, 20mg everyday for the second week, etc. For PCT after an AAS cycle you should take both Clomid and Nolvadex.
