    Cutting. What should I use?

So I'm diabetic which Is under control for the most part, but I want to lose
weight and get more lean. What can I use to shed 50 Lbs. Preferably oral, affordable, and easy to get my hands on. Diet and cardio alone isnt going to do it for me. I need something to give me an edge.

Being diabetic makes things complex. My mom goes to a diabetic specialist to check her condition. It makes me a little nervous that you're looking for advice for cutting weight, which totally affects your insulin levels, from the general board. You have a special condition.

What exactly do you mean "Diet and Cardio alone won't do it for you?" If they won't work, neither will steroids .... they aren't magic pills

Usually that means someone has no will power and looking for an easy way out. Most diabetics (dont mean to stereotype) are diabetic due to diet (lack of) poor eating habits and overweight or obese. I dont mean to flame and I know some people are even born with it but the norm is they are that way due to diet.

Learn to eat/diet, get off the couch and on the treadmill. The edge come from eating properly and seeing results from hard work.

i know some people who are fat before and never run in a treadmill (LAZY in RUNNING) BUT they learned how to eat clean and constant exercise in the gym and they lost fats.
