Ditto on the LOL. I think that this problem is faaaaar more common than we realize in the AS community.
When you think about it, it's kind of funny. Many people keep a strict log of how many sets, how many reps, and how many pounds or kg they're pumping, but we don't do the same thing with how many mg, ml, etc. we're shooting or swallowing.
I finally started keeping, right on the computer, a truly useful log - what I take, on what date, and where I take it (ex: RD=right delt, LG=left glute, R/L Q=divided between right and left quads, PO=orally, etc.). Not only does it erase any confusion about what I did and when I did it last, it helps in alternating sites so I don't overdo any one site.
[And no, along with abbreviation like RD, LG, etc., I have never used "SPH." :D (An inside joke referring to a recent hysterical thread that was discussed here on A.R. but appeared on another board.)]
