Turinabol only cycle - Insanely tired/ Stopping cycle midway?

So here's the deal,

I started taking 40mg of turinabol (split AM/PM doses) about three weeks ago, and after week one my appetite shut off completely and every day since I've been tired like you wouldn't believe (probably due to the lack of food I'm guessing). With that said, I'm thinking of stopping the cycle...I'm 3 weeks in right now with another full 100 cap bottle to go. Is it possible to stop and then run it again for another 3 weeks?
