    2nd injection with pain

Just injected my 2nd shot on Mon. into my left glute.Everything was ok until Tues. night when I started to feel the same pain I had from my first shot into my right glute. The right side took about 7 days before the pain did go away. The pain I am having right now in my left glute is the same I had a wk ago.Very painful to the touch, limping while I am walking swelling of the muscle but no redness at all.The gear I am using is Testerone Cypionate 250mg/ pins are 22 x 1 1/2.This about the 4th cycle & never had any problems at all with pain, granted it wasnt the same gear! I guess the question I have is can my gear be bad? Its from a very liable Pharm. & source.Did research about them but they dont like their name advertised so I wont post the Pharm.

    Alittle about myself:
    6 ft
    205
    45yrs old
    4 th cycle!
    Thanks in advance.

Have you ever had these problems before? Is it the same stuff you are using before? Also you said about that this is your 4th cycle but then below in your stats it says 5th?

Sometimes you can go through a vein deep in the muscle. It wont show blood when you aspirate because you have actually gone through the vein. The subsequent bleeding will cause redness and swelling. If the skin at the injection site is noticeably warmer than the surrounding skin then that would indicate an I.infection and/or celluellitis. If it is celluelittis it could be because the injection site was not adequately.cleaned.

If you have done 4 previous cycles I would tend to think that its a gear problem. I assume since you have done 4 cycles before you know to pin the upper outer quadrant when pinning glutes... right?

If he had hit his sciatic nerve he would know it.

I hit my sciatic once. My entire ass, from lower back to ballsack, was completely smurf blue for a couple months. I couldn't walk... I had to limp everywhere. That was the first and only time I was brave enough to shoot into the ass. Lol Delts only now.

For your particular question OP, I would guess the gear is to blame. It may not neccessarily be 'bad,' but they may have used a little different recipe, or slightly fudged the process, which can cause extra pain.

these guys may be right, but I'm just wondering why you use such a thick needle. I hate 23gs, so 22s must be aweful. I only use 25s now. the shot only takes an extra 10 seconds, but no more limping for me.
